There are over 16,000 people in Washington and Benton counties without health insurance, Medicaid, or Medicare. Most of these individuals live below the poverty level and therefore cannot afford to see a doctor. There are few agencies that are able to provide health care for these individuals; however, the need for healthcare is great and vital to person's success. Because of the high need of medical assistance and the vast number of those unable to receive service, we would like to help by narrowing this gap.
LifeSouce is working with area physicians for them to donate their time in seeing many of our clients that have no insurance.
