LifeSource International provided food assistance to approximately 3,000 different families in 2005. This is accomplished in several different ways.
Life Source Food Pantry
- Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 8:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m.
- Monday evenings 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. for working parents
- Personal hygiene and baby items also provided
- Authorized USDA Food Distribution Center
Hispanic Food Outreach
- Thursday evenings
- Serves approximately 60 families each month
Senior Citizen Luncheon
- Every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the Month
- Hot meal is served
- Entertaiment and fellowship
- Care basket distributed
- Serve appoximately 160 each month
Yvonne Richardson Center Outreach
- Last Monday night of each month
- hot meal is served
- Entertaiment and fellowship
- Food basket distributed
- Serve appoximately 175 families each month
Local Church Food Outreach
- Sunday mornings
- Once a quarter
- Food basket distributed
- Serves 125 per quarter
Guatemala Feeding Program
- Provide assistance to feed 50 children 3 times per week
- Located in Guatemala City, Guatemala
